Information you submit

We only collect information you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form: your email address, business name, your role, and a short message about what's on your mind about AI.
• Self-assessment download form: your email address (and optionally business name). Submitting this form gives you access to our AI Adoption Self-Assessment page.
• Microsoft Bookings: if you book a conversation through our calendar link, Microsoft Bookings collects the information you enter into their form (name, email, and any optional questions answered).

The self-assessment quiz itself runs entirely in your browser. We do not store the individual answers you check on that page — only the email you submit on the form to access it.

Information collected automatically

If you accept cookies, we collect standard analytics data via Google Analytics 4:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on pages
• Referring website

Google Analytics is loaded only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiries and follow up about how we may be able to help your business.
• Deliver the requested self-assessment download.
• Understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use information submitted through this site to train any AI model. We do not run an automated marketing email sequence without your explicit request — if you ask for the self-assessment, we send you the self-assessment, and that's it unless you reach out again.

• Essential (localStorage): remembers your cookie consent choice so the banner does not reappear.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): loaded only after you click "Accept." You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to operate this site. Each handles your data under their own privacy policy:

• Formspree — receives and forwards form submissions (contact form and self-assessment email captures). Privacy policy.
• Microsoft Bookings — handles meeting scheduling when you click a "Book a Conversation" link. RiverfrontAI uses Microsoft 365 Business Standard, so booking data is processed by Microsoft under their privacy terms. Privacy statement.
• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics, consent-gated. Privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — typography. Privacy policy.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through this site. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients who engage RiverfrontAI for an adoption engagement receive additional security and confidentiality commitments in their engagement agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

• Access — request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request that we delete the information you submitted through this site.
• Opt-out of analytics — decline cookies at any time via the banner or by clearing browser storage for this site.
